Connie lamb, Office Manager
Connie Lamb was born and raised in Memphis, TN and moved to Cleveland with her husband in 2008. Connie worked as a paralegal for 10 years before starting her work in accounting. Connie enjoys spending time with friends and making memories with her husband and their 2 beautiful daughters outdoors.
Robert L. Haun, J.D., MBA
Tax preparer
Robert Haun is an attorney licensed in Tennessee. After graduating from the McCallie School, he went on to study history and political science at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. He went on to graduate from the Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2000. He then returned to Chattanooga to practice law.
Since 2011 he has concentrated his practice in the area of personal and business income taxation. In addition to working with clients to plan for and to minimize their income tax obligations, he has managed national teams of accountants, attorneys, and Enrolled Agents. In 2016 he earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and also was certified in Strategic Human Resources Management.

Carrie joined SW Tax & Bookkeeping in 2021 with 16 years of Accounting and tax experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Bryan College.
She resides in Etowah, TN with her husband Jason of 24 years. They are parents of six kids and one spoiled grandson. Carrie enjoys camping, kayaking, volunteering and serving others.
